The music business is tough. It's not really the place for creative people who just want to make music and be paid for it. But it's what we have.

​

I've had a very rewarding career creating music for film and television, writing songs, running a business and helping people navigate the legal minefield of music production. I've always believed that if you have the ability to help someone, you should just do it.

 

I enjoy my work at the ASCAP Board, where I can use my experience and knowledge to represent all the writers of ASCAP, not just the famous ones :-)
